Limited Service Menu

Please view our limited service menu.

As a real company, we are always trying to find unique ways to separate ourselves from the competition. This is not difficult to do when you consider that the majority of real estate firms are still charging the traditional 6% for their services. In many ways paying 6% is still the best option if you want all the bells and whistles that typically come with the full service firms.

We still offer full service but our belief is that each individual homeowner is best suited to make the decision of what is best for them and not feel like they have to settle for 6%. Please keep in mind, we do not consider ourselves to be a discount brokerage. If 6% is “the standard” does this make any agent that accepts less than 6% a discount broker? Nonsense! Operating a brokerage is fundamentally no different than operating any other business. It all comes down to value for the consumer and the competitive offerings that any business can produce.

Our version of the limited service listing is not like the others. We do not just put your property on the MLS for a flat fee and let you do the rest. Let’s face it, you could do a lot of the items agents do (i.e. create flyers, etc) and unless you have plenty of time to burn cannot be available to open the door for every showing, draft a contract & offer and see the whole process through. All the while, keeping the transaction and closing above board and on target. You can do a lot but the critical items that require expertise should be handled by someone that does this everyday.

If you are not planning on selling now or in the very near future, we hope that you will keep us in mind. If you would prefer, we can bring you some cool stuff so that you won’t forget us. And if you should happen to know someone, a friend, neighbor or perhaps a relative that is contemplating a move, we would be truly honored if you can somehow bring us together.
