Buyer Guarantees
Love it or leave it! If you do not love the property you purchased through us for any reason within the first year of closing on the property, we will list your property with no listing side commission to you. A buyer side commission of 3% or more shall be required at closing.
Reasons include but are not limited to:
- Job loss
- Job relocation
- Getting married
- Getting divorced
- Death of spouse
- Change of heart
This is a great benefit and should give you some peace of mind when utilizing our buyer services. To take advantage of this buyer guarantee you must notify us prior to the one year anniversary of closing on the property we assisted you in purchasing.
If you are not planning on buying now or in the very near future, we hope that you will keep us in mind. If you would prefer, we can bring you some cool stuff so that you won’t forget us. And if you should happen to know someone, a friend, neighbor or perhaps a relative that is contemplating a move, we would be truly honored if you can somehow bring us together.
