The HUB

HUBMapNorthern Colorado’s hub for years has been old town or downtown Fort Collins. Not anymore! The new hub of Northern Colorado is the immediate areas adjoining I-25 and Highway 34 to the south and I-25 and Highway 392 to the north. Why?

  • Proximity to I-25
  • 4 Cities with 5 minutes of each other
  • Major development growth (Centerra, Crossroads, 2534)
  • Proximity to Loveland/Fort Collins Airport
  • Major employment center (MCR, Heska, Kroll, Constant Contact, etc)
  • Hospital, Shopping, Business epicenters
